A provider may request that the Department reconsider a decision to recover excess payments or overpayments. The request for reconsideration, the reconsideration, and any administrative hearing shall be pursuant to the reconsideration provisions of Chapter 3, Provider Participation of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, which are incorporated by this reference.
