Section 24-2 - Purpose and Applicability

This rule shall apply to and govern the reimbursement of inpatient and outpatient hospital services provided on or after July , 1993. Hospital services are also subject to the provisions of Chapters III, VIII, and IX of these rules, except as otherwise specified in this Chapter.
