Section 24-10 - Applicant Response to Comments (a) The applicant shall have ten (10) days after the close of the comment period to file a response with the Director by delivering or mailing an original and three (3) copies of the response to the Department. - (i) Responses to comments shall, to the extent applicable, conform to the application format.
- (ii) Responses may be filed by facsimile machine provided an original is sent to the Director within seven (7) days of transmission of the facsimile.
- (iii) The filing date of a comment shall be the date stamped received by the Department.
- (iv) The applicant shall provide a copy of any response to the person submitting the comment.
