Whenever any person has engaged or is about to engage in any acts or practices constituting a violation of these regulations, the Division may take appropriate action, as provided by W.S. 33-38-112, through the Attorney General's Office. This may include, but is not necessarily limited to, making an application for injunctive or other relief to the appropriate court.
