Section 1-12 - Expenditures Associated with the Hearing

The Department of Health shall be responsible for paying the administrative costs related to the hearing, including necessary expenses incurred by the hearing officer and any stenographic services in accordance with Department policies and procedures. The parties involved shall be responsible for any legal or other fees that they incur.
