Section 1-5 - Compatibility with Other Laws, Rules and Regulations

These standards are intended to supersede existing State regulations governing the operation of programs or provision of services to adults afflicted with developmental disabilities, and shall be considered to supplement applicable federal laws, rules and regulations.
