Section 8-4 - Guidelines for Reports of Fraud

(a) If any person has reason to believe that fraud has occurred, such person may report the issue to the Board in writing within ten days of obtaining or discovering reason to believe that fraud has occurred.

(b) Any licensee who fails to report to the Board any violation of the Act of these rules may be subject to disciplinary action.

(c) If a licensee is approached with a request or suggestion that an event not be conducted honestly, that licensee must immediately report the matter to the Board. Failure to do so may subject the licensee to disciplinary action.

(d) Any licensee, who directly or indirectly holds, participates in, aids or abets any sham or fake bout, or otherwise violates or aids or assists in the violation of any provision of these rules, may be subject to disciplinary action.
