The Wyoming Department of Transportation (the department) promulgates these rules of practice and procedure by authority of W.S. 31-16-103(j) to provide a uniform and understandable interpretation of the undefined portion of Wyoming statutes dealing with dealers and manufacturers, including W.S. W.S. W.S. 31-16-101 through W.S. W.S. W.S. 31-16-127 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 31-11-107.
