Section 10-7 - Rejection of Proposals Containing Alterations, Erasures or Irregularities

Proposals may be rejected by the WYOMING Department OF TRANSPORTATION if they show any alterations, ambiguous erasures, ambiguous additions to the proposal form, conditional bids, alternative bids where the same are not called for, incomplete bids or other irregularities of any kind.
