This regulation applies to all policies of insurance delivered or issued for delivery in Wyoming or covering real or personal property risks located in Wyoming or the renewal thereof as defined by W.S. 26-5-104, but excluding policies covering risks defined by W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-5-106(a) (i) (ii) (iii) (ix) (x) (xi) (xii) (xiv).
