(a) All advertisements for previously approved cancer policies shall be filed with the Department of Insurance prior to being utilized for the purpose of solicitation within the State of Wyoming and on or before the effective date of these rules.
(b) No cancer policies shall henceforth be submitted for approval to the Department of Insurance unless all advertisements, as defined in these rules, which the insurer intends to use to facilitate the marketing, solicitation or sale of such policies in the State of Wyoming are also filed.
