Section 12-1 - Authority

These rules and regulations governing the replacement of life insurance policies and annuities in the State of Wyoming supplement the provisions of W.S. 26-13-102, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-13-103, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-13-104, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-13-105, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-13-106, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-13-107, W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-15-109, and W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-15-110. They are promulgated by authority of and pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101 through W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-115 ) and Wyoming Insurance Code (W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-2-110 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 26-2-125 ).
