Section 1-2 - Emergency Planning Districts established

The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) hereby establishes twenty-three (23) local emergency planning districts in Wyoming.

(a) The jurisdictions of the local emergency planning districts shall correspond to the jurisdictions of the twenty-three (23) counties in the state.

(b) Each local district shall be named after its corresponding county (e.g. Albany County Emergency Planning District).
