Section 60-13 - Inspection by Department Personnel

Any person issued a certification under this regulation shall, during the term of the certification and for a period of sixty (60) days after expiration of the certification, allow inspection of sage grouse records, enclosures, hatching facilities, sage grouse and sage grouse eggs by Department personnel during reasonable hours.
