Section 54-18 - Rules of Civil Procedure

The rules of practice and procedure contained in the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure insofar as they are applicable and not inconsistent with the matter before the Administrator and applicable to the rules and order promulgated by the Commission shall apply.
