Any costs, charges, or fees, including but not limited to food, shelter, equipment, labor, veterinarian or other special consultation or services, transportation, federal or other licensing fees, training and educational fees, or any other expenses associated with the rehabilitation of wildlife shall be the responsibility of the permittee. The permittee shall not charge the Department for services provided.
