Section 40-8 - Identification Requirements

Before a license is issued to operate a game bird farm, the applicant shall register with the Department the type of identifying leg or wing band to be placed on the game birds. The type of leg or wing band shall depend upon the type and age of the game bird. The Department shall make the final determination as to the suitability of the tag before attachment.
