Persons desiring to operate as a fur dealer shall make application on a form provided by the Department and submit the application and proper fee to a game warden in the area where the fur dealer's principal office shall be located. In the case of a nonresident fur dealer, the application and fee shall be submitted to the Department's Headquarters Office, License Sales and Accounting Section.
