The map accompanying a pipeline application should show a complete profile of the pipeline, as well as details at the head gate, and any other important points along the pipeline. Enough information should be shown to allow verification of the stated capacity of the pipeline by the State Engineer's Office. Points of use in dwellings for domestic purposes should be shown on the map by rectangles. Item 10 of the application should also state number of dwellings.
