Always place the title in the lower tight-hand corner. The title on the map should conform with the names given in the accompanying applications or petitions. It should include the names of all ditches, enlargements, reservoirs or pipelines which are directly involved in the accompanying applications or petitions. The names and addresses of the applicants, petitioners, or permittees, and the scale of the map should also be included in the title block.
