Failure to comply with any CPC requirements could result in discipline against the registrant including but not limited to the following:
(a) Further request for demonstration of compliance.
(b) An appearance before the Board.
(c) A disciplinary action for proven violation of these regulations in accordance with Chapter VII Practice and Procedures.
