Section 4-9 - Comity/Out-of-Jurisdiction Resident

A licensee who is a resident of a jurisdiction other than Wyoming must satisfy the CPC requirements of their resident jurisdiction. The requirements for Wyoming will be deemed as satisfied when a nonresident licensee provides evidence of having satisfied the requirements of his/her resident jurisdiction. If licensees reside in a jurisdiction that has no CPC requirements, the licensee must satisfy the requirements of Wyoming.
