This fee schedule is adopted by the Board pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201. Fees are established as follows:
(a) Application Fee: $1200.00
(b) Provisional License Fee:
(c) Renewal Fee: $1200.00
(d) Reinstatement Fee: $1200.00
(e) Re-Licensure Fee $1800.00
(f) Per Delivery Fee: $50.00 per delivery
(g) Non-sufficient Funds Fee: $30.00
(h) Verification Fee: $30.00
(j) Copy Fee: $.50 per page
(k) Duplicate Wall Certificate Fee: $20.00
(l) Duplicate Pocket Card: $10.00
