Section 6-1 - Permit Required

Any licensed funeral service practitioner, funeral director, firm, association, or corporation before operating a crematory or chemical disposition facility in Wyoming shall apply for and receive a permit from the Board. The permit shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises of the crematory or chemical disposition facility.
