Section 1-1 - Authority and Purpose

These rules are adopted by the Wyoming State Board of Cosmetology, under the authority granted by W.S. 33-12-123 and 134 to assist the Board in performing its responsibilities under W.S. W.S. 33-12-119 through 140.
