Section 5-8 - Default in Licensee Answering or Appearing

In the event of the failure of the licensee to answer or otherwise appear within the time allowed, a default may be entered and the allegations as set forth in the Notice and Complaint shall be taken as true an Order of the Board entered accordingly.
