Section 1-6 - Incorporation by Reference (a) For any rule, regulation or code incorporated by reference in these Board Rules: - (i) The Board has determined that incorporation of the full text in these Board Rules would be cumbersome or inefficient given the length or nature of the rules;
- (ii) The incorporation by reference does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated matter beyond the applicable date identified in subsection (b) of this section;
- (iii) The incorporated rule is maintained at the Board Office and is available for public inspection and copying at cost at the same location.
(b) Each rule, regulation or code incorporated by reference in these Board Rules is further identified as follows: - (iv) Chapter 2 - Uniform Procedures, Fees, Costs, and Charges for Inspection, Copying, and Producing Public Records, adopted by the Department of Administration and Information and effective on September 6, 2016, found at http://chiropractic.wyo.gov/rules-and-regulations; and
