As proof of satisfaction of the certification requirements stated in Section 5 above, all applicants must submit the required fee as set forth in Section 8 and the following documents along with an application as prescribed by the Board:
(a) Written verification from the APAA that the applicant has successfully passed the examination; or
(b) Written verification from a Podiatrist stating the applicant has completed at least 20 hours of education in those areas as set forth above in Section 5(b); and
