Section 7-2 - Contract Procedures (a) All contracts will be written by the Concessions Manager, in consultation with the Attorney General's Office and by adhering to their policies and or procedures. (b) Draft copies of a contract will be provided to a concessionaire prior to signature for review and comment purposes by the Concessions Manager.
