The Board may, by a majority vote of the membership, establish and empower committees to approve applications for license and permits, applications for renewal, special request, and other issues that the Board deems proper to delegate. Committees may also be established and empowered to conduct complaint investigations, and make recommendations on complaints. These committees shall be comprised of current members of the Board and/or administrative staff.
