Section 6-4 - Point Source Discharges to Surface Waters

Point source discharges to the surface waters in the Colorado River Basin of Wyoming shall be controlled as described in Policy For Implementation of the Colorado River Basin Salinity Standards through the NPDES Permit Program. In general, the policy shall be no discharge of salt except where it is not economically or technologically practicable to prevent the discharge.
