Section 3-19 - Delegation to Local Governmental Entities

The Administrator with the approval of the Director is hereby authorized to delegate to the municipality, water and sewer district or county upon their request the authority to enforce and administer the provisions of W. S. 35-11-301(a) (iii) and (v) subject to the requirements of 35-11-304.
