(a) Pursuant to the authority vested in the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board by virtue of Wyoming Statutes § 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 and W. S. § 33-39-101 through 33-39-130 (the Act), the following rules and regulations are hereby promulgated. All rules and regulations for the Board can be found at: https://sites.google.com/a/wyo.gov/rec/appraisers-and-amcs/rules-and-regulations.
(b) The Board shall hold its annual meeting the second Thursday in July at the Board Office located at 2617 E Lincolnway, Suite H, Cheyenne, WY 82002 at 9:00 am.
