Section 2-5 -

All equipment, implements, and/or instruments shall be properly cleaned with soap and water and completely immersed in an approved disinfected following each use All clippers and trimmers must be cleaned and disinfected according to manufacturers recommendations after each use. Disinfecting solutions which shall be an EPA registered, hospital grade, bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal disinfectant. All clean, disinfected equipment, implements and/or instruments shall be stored in a clean dry disinfected cabinet or container. A clean neck strip and/or towel shall be used for each customer. Clean towels must be kept in a closed cabinet. Soiled towels shall be placed in a closed container.
