It shall be the duty of the head barber or manager of each barber shop, barber school or barber college to insure that each barber employed has a license to practice barbering in the State of Wyoming. Licenses shall be posted in front of work stands where they may be easily seen. All licenses must be renewed on or before the first day of July each year. Every shop and school shall post a copy of the most recent inspection sheet, sanitation rules and regulations, wet disinfection standards and blood spill procedures in a conspicuous location in the place of business.
