(a) In order for the Division to carry out the functions of this law, it is incumbent for each agency to allow for training of all individuals associated with each agency's Identification section.
(b) Training is not limited to law enforcement agencies, but also includes county and district attorneys, courts and associated personnel of each, who are involved in the handling of Criminal History Record Information.
