Section 3-5 - Issuance and Expiration of Certificate

The Board shall issue a wall certificate and a wallet identification card to the successful applicant bearing the full name of the holder, certificate number, date of issuance, expiration date, and appropriate seal. The certificate shall expire two (2) years from the date it was issued unless surrendered, revoked or suspended by the Board for cause.
