(a.) These rules are promulgated as required by the Wyoming Environmental Pesticide Control Act of 1973 (W.S. 35-7-350 through 35-7-376 ), hereinafter called the Act, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 ) for the purpose of carrying out the intent of the Act and is applicable to all sections of the Act.
