GSD shall provide the following services: initiate all "Requests for Proposals" for leased space; serve as primary contact with lessors with regard to all leasing related issues; initiate and process all contract documents; and initiate and process all lease payments.
(a) GSD shall lease facilities for state boards and commissions. However, boards and commissions shall reimburse GSD for all lease payments. Boards and commissions shall also be responsible for payment of any liquidated damages in the event a lease is terminated early.
(b) GSD will not accept responsibility for day-to-day administration and house-keeping activities for boards and commissions.
