(a) All rents resulting from this occupancy shall be collected by GSD and shall be paid into the general fund.
(b) Use of the State Capitol and/or Capitol Grounds by the general public and/or other state or governmental entities shall be approved by the Administrator of GSD.
(c) All proposed repair and maintenance and construction or renovation projects shall be reviewed and approved by the State Historic Preservation Office and GSD prior to commencement of any work.
