The Commission shall, as provided by W.S. 9-5-107(f), hold at least one meeting each quarter, which meetings shall be called by the Secretary after consultation and coordination with the Chairman and other members of the Commission. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman. All meetings shall be held in accordance with W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-4-403, Public Meetings Act. Nothing contained in these rules shall be construed as prohibiting the Commission or the Chairman from holding informational proceedings, meetings or conferences deemed by the Commission to be necessary in the performance of their duties.
