Section 5-3 - Pay Rates

(a) The following information shall be established and set forth in the State of Wyoming Compensation Policy:

• (i) Hiring rates;

• (ii) Re-employment rates;

• (iii) Return from leave without pay rates; and

• (iv) Reinstatement rates.
