Section 3-5 - Reinstatement of Foreign Statutory Trust Company

A foreign statutory trust company reinstating after failure to pay the annual fee set forth in W.S. 17-23-111 shall submit a certificate of existence dated within sixty (60) days prior to filing in the Secretary of State's office and shall compty with the requirements set forth in W. S. 17-23-111.
