Section 7-6 - Advertising and Sales Literature

For purposes of W.S. § 17-4-115, the requirement to file sales and advertising literature may apply unless the security or transaction is exempted by W.S. § 17-4-114, the security is a covered security or the transaction is with respect to a covered security, or if the advertising or sales literature has already been submitted and approved by either the NASD or the SEC.
