The Secretary of State incorporates by reference NASAA's Recordkeeping Requirements for Investment Advisers Model Rule USA 2002 41l(c)-1, Alternative 1, adopted September 17, 2008, and amended on September 11, 2011, and April 15, 2013, located at www.nasaa.org.
