The Secretary of State shall file Articles of Revocation of Dissolution pursuant to W.S. 17-16-1404 unless the corporations name becomes unavailable pursuant to W.S. W.S. W.S. 17-16-401 during the statutorily allotted time of 120 days. If the name is unavailable, the Secretary of State shall give written notice to the dissolved corporation of the rejection of the filing and the avenues available to the corporation as set forth in Chapter 2, Sections 1 through 2.
