(1) UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATION OF PARK KEY(S). No person may duplicate park key(s) or request the unauthorized duplication of key(s).(2) UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OR PERSON IN POSSESSION OF PARK KEY(S). No person may transfer any park key(s) from an individual entrusted with its possession to an unauthorized person, or be in unauthorized possession of a park key(s).(3) CONFISCATION.
