A restrictive rider, endorsement or other provision that would violate s. 635.17(3) (b), Stats., and that was in force on May 12, 1992, may not remain in force beyond the first renewal date of the policy and a small employer insurer shall delete the rider, endorsement or other provision after the law's effective date.
