Section Ins 5.23 - Appearances(1) A party may appear in person or by an attorney licensed to practice law in this state.(2) Each party or person appearing for a party shall furnish his or her name and mailing address to the administrative law judge and shall promptly notify the administrative law judge of any change of address.
