Section OT 6.02 - Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "HIPAA" means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191.

(2) "Telehealth" has the meaning given in s. 440.01(1) (hm), Stats.
